Wow, so here I am. My first voyage into cyberspace. I guess I'll just dive right in. I have always enjoyed making cupcakes and cakes so when I saw an advertisement for a cake decorating class at my local Michael's, I decided to give it a try. I have just about completed all of the classes and have been making various cakes and cupcakes along the way. I will post pictures of these as soon as I can (read: when I figure out how to do that). Next up is Yankee and Met subway series cupcakes for my mother in law and brother in law's birthdays. She's the Yankee fan and he's the Met fan. I figures since we are celebrating their birthdays on the weekend of the subway series, this would be appropriate. Wish me luck!
